  • The Buyer shall ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and any amendments thereto. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with regulations regarding message sending and communication practices.

4. Restrictions on Use:

  • The Buyer shall not use transactional accounts or connections for sending promotional or unsolicited communications.

5. Survival of Rights & Waiver:

  • This indemnity is without prejudice to the Seller’s other rights, privileges, and legal remedies. Any delay or failure by the Seller to enforce its rights shall not constitute a waiver of those rights. A waiver of any right shall not be deemed a waiver of any other rights or of the same right at another time.

6. Termination:

  • The Seller reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Buyer’s access to the platform by providing seven (7) days’ prior written notice.
  • Termination shall not affect any actions, rights, or liabilities accrued before termination. The Buyer’s obligations, including indemnities under these terms, shall survive any termination.

7. Financial Obligation & Liability:

  • The Buyer agrees to immediately compensate the Seller or its affiliates for any losses, claims, damages, penalties, or expenses incurred due to the Buyer’s actions or non-compliance.
  • The Seller’s decision regarding any claims or liabilities shall be final and binding, and the Buyer shall make all necessary payments without objection or delay.

We use Industry best platforms for processing payments. We/payment platforms do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This return policy is applicable if you lodge a refund request with us within 7 days of your purchase and in cases where we are not able to correct our services. Only the unused value of the product is refundable.  Refunds are generally processed within 10 days of receiving a clear refund request.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Telephony, email, and social media products are not returnable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your request to contact@Waveang.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
